BagMeHome made Como easy for us! Right off the train stop, we gave them our luggage and were free to roam. Everything was taken to our AirBNB. So easy!

We used the service on our check out day as well. They really went above and beyond to accommodate our large group (7 checked bags). This company was wonderful. We had delayed luggage at the airport in Milan but were staying in Como. At first, they were going to intercept the luggage for us at the time of delivery so we could enjoy ourselves out and around the lake. Then, when our luggage wasn’t going to be delivered until after we left, they arranged for a driver to go pick up the luggage at the airport for us and put them safely in our apartment. The communication was fantastic, they answered in seconds after I sent a text. Super helpful for any luggage needs when you just want to enjoy your vacation!
